Course Catalog
You can browse and read the entire course catalog under Courses. You can browse courses by department, main category, and subject group.
With the Search Courses function, you can look for courses by keyword (e.g., course number, department, course content, instructor or location).
Add the courses you want to the shopping cart. If you selected the wrong course, remove it from the shopping cart by clicking the "Remove Reservation" link for the course. The courses in the shopping cart can always be viewed by clicking the Shopping Cart icon. If a course is already full, you'll get information about a waiting list in the shopping cart.
You can choose several courses for the shopping cart before submitting your personal information. If you are registering only yourself for courses, select the desired courses in the shopping cart and fill out the personal information form. Finally, click the green "Submit Registration" button at the bottom of the shopping cart.
You can also register other people for different courses in addition to yourself. If you are registering multiple people for courses with the same shopping cart, select courses for one person from the form on the shopping cart page and fill out the personal information form.
Then press the blue "Add a New Participant" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. A new personal information form will open on the shopping cart page for the next person you are registering. Select the courses for the next person from the opened form and fill out the form. After registering all the desired individuals, you can send the registrations by clicking the green "Submit Registration" button.
If the service provider allows multiple people to be registered for the same course, you can add the same course multiple times to the shopping cart. A course can be added multiple times to the shopping cart if the button has a selectable number of reservations when adding to the cart. If a course can only be added to the shopping cart once, different individuals must register for the course separately.
If several people are registered with the same shopping cart, all shopping cart courses share a common payer. When registering multiple people, we always need the payer's information. When registering multiple people, the invoice is sent only to the payer.
You can keep courses in the cart for a certain period. Write and submit personal information before the time limit expires. You can see the time remaining from the shopping cart icon.
Finally, fill out the personal information form and submit the information. The registration is always made with the participant's information. We need a complete personal identification number to monitor course payments. If you don't have a Finnish personal identification number, register through customer service. We often notify you of course changes by text message. Ensure your mobile phone number is entered correctly. Due to the email confirmation, make sure there are no typos in your email address.
Billing information is filled out only if the payer is a minor's guardian or a company. If the guardian is the payer, we need the guardian's complete information with a personal identification number. If a company is the payer, we need the business ID.
You will finally receive a confirmation of your registration both on the screen and to your email. If you don't have an email address, print the information from the last page or record the information in some other way. If you didn't receive a confirmation email despite providing an address, there may have been an error in the email address. However, your registration is valid.
With your registration number and course number, you can later check your registration. If the institution has provided the option to cancel courses online, you can cancel your course if there is still cancelation time left. Otherwise, if you want to cancel a course, contact the institution.
